Chile N' Cheese Roll-Ups
ingredients
- 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 4 oz Diced Green Chiles
- 1/2 Cup Sliced Green Onions
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Black Olives
- 4 6-inch Flour Tortillas
- Sour Cream
- Garden Salsa
directions
Heat oven to 350°. In bowl, blend cheeses, chiles, scallions and olives. Spread mixture over tortillas and roll up. Bake for 10 minutes until cheese melted. To serve, cut each roll into 12 1/2-inch slices. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
