Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup pecans, finely chopped

In a mixer, beat the cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add the sugars. Beat until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips.

Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Shape the mixture into a ball. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll in the pecans.

Serve with chocolate graham crackers.
