Cranberry Pineapple Ginger Relish
A new recipe on its way to becoming a Thanksgiving tradition!
ingredients
- 12 oz. fresh cranberries
- 1/2 c fresh pineapple
- 1 Tbs fresh ginger, shredded
- 1/2-3/4 c sugar
directions
Chop cranberries, ginger, and sugar in food processor. Add chopped pineapple. Mix well. Refrigerate and serve.
notes
Can be made a day or two ahead and kept refrigerated.
