Cream of Broccoli Soup
ingredients
- 1 large can chicken broth
- 2 tsp. chopped onion
- 1 large bag frozen broccoli
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup light cream
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2/3 cup water
- salt
- pepper

Bring chicken broth, broccoli and onion to a boil on top of the stove. Boil for 10 minutes.

Add the shredded cheese and stir until melted. Add the butter, milk and cream. Bring to a boil and mix in the four and water. Stir the soup until thickened.
