  • 1 Lb. Chicken Breast
  • 15 oz. Pinto Beans, canned
  • 15 oz. Kidney Beans, canned
  • 14.5 oz. Tomatoes with Green Chiles, canned
  • 4.5 oz. Chopped Green Chiles, chopped
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 1 pkg. Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
  • Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • Tostito Chips
  • Sour Cream

    Brown chicken and spice it up if you would like with whatever is in the pantry.

    Combine chicken, pinto and kidney beans, tomatoes and chiles, onion, taco and salad dressing mixes.

    Simmer in a crock-pot for as long as possible.

  • 4

    Serve soup with cheese, sour cream and Tostito chips.
