10 ounces large shell macaroni, uncooked
1½ c. sliced radishes
1 medium cucumber, cubed
1 c. chopped green pepper
3 medium carrots, peeled & sliced
¼ c. chopped onion
¾ c. low-calorie mayonnaise
⅓ c. sugar
1 tsp dill weed
1 tbsp vinegar
Cook shell macaroni in unsalted water. Drain. Combine cooked shells, radishes, cucumber, green pepper, carrots and onion.
In separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar, sweetener, dill weed and vinegar. Mix mayonnaise mixture with shells/vegetable mixture.
Chill. Store salad in refrigerator.
