Grits Casserole
ingredients
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 1 cup grits
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten

Cook sausage; drain fat. In a separate pan, cook grits and salt for 5 minutes in boiling water. add butter, garlic powder and cheddar cheese; stir until melted. Remove from heat. Add milk, eggs an cooked sausage. Pour into a 9X13 in ch baking dish.

Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.

Sprinkle with paprika.
