Lindsey's Parmesan-Artichoke Crostini
ingredients
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 (4.5 oz) can chopped green chilies
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 40 (1/4 inch thick) French baguette slices, toasted
- chopped fresh chives, for garnish
directions
Preheat oven to 400°. Stir together first 6 ingredients. Spread 1 tablespoon artichoke mixture evenly on each bread slice, and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Garnish, if desired.
