Hot Wings
ingredients
- 3 lbs Chicken Wings
- 6 TBSP Louisiana Hot Sauce
- 1/2 c. Butter melted
- Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
directions
Batter wings with flour and salt and pepper. Fry till brown. Place in bowl and combine hot sauce and butter. Pour over wings. Cover and regfrigerate 3 hours. Bake wings at 425 for 30 mins.
