Lillian's Cake (Neiman-Marcus Cake)

ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 stick margarine, softened
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
directions

Mix cake mix, one egg and margarine together. Press in bottom of 13 x 9-inch cake pan. Mix remaining ingredients together. Spread on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.

**Also very good with a chocolate cake mix.
