Pizza Casserole

ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef or turkey
  • 15 oz chunky italian style tomato sauce
  • 10 oz can refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • approximately 12 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • Any pizza toppings of your liking (mushrooms, pepperoni, etc.)

    Cook meat in skillet and drain. Add tomato sauce and cook until heated.

    Coat 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.

    Unroll pizza crust dough and press into bottom and 1/2 way up sides of baking dish.

  • 4

    Line bottom of the crust with cheese.

  • 5

    Layer your favorite pizza toppings.

  • 6

    Top with meat mixture.

  • 7

    Bake uncovered at 425 for 12 minutes.

  • 8

    Top with remaining cheese and bake an additonal 5 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese melts.
