Cinnamon and Sugar Cookies

ingredients
- 1/2 c shortening/part margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 t. salt
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 t. vanilla
- 4 c. flour
- 2 t. soda
- 2 t. cream of tartar
directions
Cream shortening and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Then add dry ingredients. Roll in cinnamon and white sugar mixture. Put on un-greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
