Chicken in Crock Pot
ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, skinned
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- Salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. dry Italian dressings mix (undiluted)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut in cubes
directions
Wash chicken and pat dry. Brush with butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in a crock pot. Sprinkle salad dressing over it. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours. Cook on HIGH about 3/4 hour before serving. Mix soup and onion in a small saucepan; cook until smooth. Pour over chicken and cook 30 minutes on LOW. Serve with sauce on rice.
