ingredients

  • Beef
  • 1 lb. flank Steak
  • 2 tbsp. gluten free soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 tbsp. oil
  • OR left over marinated flank steak
  • 1/2 lb. Spaghetti noodles
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp. fresh ginger
  • 3 green onions
  • 1/2 tsp hot chili paste
  • 6 sliced mushroom
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 bunch Swiss chard
  • 1 red pepper - thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup organic chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
  • Chicken
  • 1 lb. Chicken cut in chunks and sautéed
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp. fresh ginger root minced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/2 cup tomato juice
  • 1/3-cup chicken broth
  • 1/3-cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp. fish sauce
  • 1 tsp. chili paste to taste
  • Fresh Thai Basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    For Both

    Cook spaghetti

  • 3

    Fry garlic, onions and rest of veggies

  • 4

    Add spices and liquids

  • 5

    Mix well

  • 6

    Add spaghetti and chicken /beef

  • 7

    Stir well

  • 8

    Serve immediately
