Noodle Stir Fry's
ingredients
- Beef
- 1 lb. flank Steak
- 2 tbsp. gluten free soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 tbsp. oil
- OR left over marinated flank steak
- 1/2 lb. Spaghetti noodles
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp. fresh ginger
- 3 green onions
- 1/2 tsp hot chili paste
- 6 sliced mushroom
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 bunch Swiss chard
- 1 red pepper - thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup organic chicken stock
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
- Chicken
- 1 lb. Chicken cut in chunks and sautéed
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. fresh ginger root minced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 cup tomato juice
- 1/3-cup chicken broth
- 1/3-cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 tsp. chili paste to taste
- Fresh Thai Basil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Cook spaghetti

Fry garlic, onions and rest of veggies

Add spices and liquids

Mix well

Add spaghetti and chicken /beef

Stir well

Serve immediately
