Crunchy Coleslaw

ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Low calorie salad dressing
  • 1 T sugar
  • 3 T vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. Celery seed
  • 1/4 tsp. Poppy seed
  • 1/8 tsp. Black pepper
  • 4 c. cabbage, shredded
  • 1 pear, fresh, cored and diced
  • 1/2 c. carrot, shredded

directions

Combine salad dressing, sugar, vinegar, celery seed, poppy seed and pepper. Mix well. Pour over cabbage and pear. Mix well. Sprinkle carrots on top of salad.
