Aunt Vicki's Vegetable Soup
ingredients
- 7 c. water
- 1 can (1 lb 12 oz.)diced tomatos
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. thinly sliced carrots
- 1 c. diced raw potatoes
- 1 10oz pkg frozen corn
- 1 10oz pkg frozen peas
- 1 t. salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 t. dry basil
- 1/4 t. dill
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1 c. mushrooms
- 1 small can tomato paste
directions
Combine ingredients into large heavy saucepan. Over medium heat, bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour until vegetables are tender.
