Baked Rice

  • 2 cups long grain rice
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 to 3 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 can beef consomme
  • 1 can water
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tin mushrooms, drained
  • 1 medium onion, diced

Combine all ingredients into small roaster and bake in 350F oven for one hour.
