- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- Mix together.
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. cocoa
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 2/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup oil

Mix muffin ingredients together till lumpy.

Layer cream cheese between batter layers.

Fill tins 3/4 full.

Bake 375oF 20 minutes.
