Grandma's Turkey Stuffing
Turkey Stuffing
ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage out of casing
- 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 bag of Peppridge Farm Seasoned stuffing
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup butter, melted

In skillet, brown sausage out of casing. Add celery, mushrooms and onion.

Drain fat.

In large bowl, toss bread stuffing, parsley, salt, poultry seasoning and pepper.

Add sausage to mixture.

Add chicken stock and butter.

Pour over bread mixture and toss.

Cool.
