Chocolate Cream DeMint Brownies
Chocolate mint brownies that melt in your mouth. Delicious!
ingredients
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 eggs - beaten
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 16 oz can hershey chocolate syrup
- 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tbsp creme de minthe
- 6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
- 6 tbsp butter

Brownies
- 1
Cream together first two ingredients, add eggs and mix.

Sift together flour and salt stir into mixture. Now add vanilla walnuts and hershey syrup. Stir until blended.

Bake in greased 9“ X 13” pan at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
Frosting
- 1
Mix conectioners’ sugar, butter and creme de minthe until well blended and spread over brownies when cool.

In double boiler melt chocolate chips and butter. Spread over frosting and let set.

Slice into 1 1/2" squares.
