Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole
ingredients
- 6 large chicken breast halves cooked and cut up
- 2 cups celery chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 8oz. sour cream
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 small onion chopped fine
- 1 can of water chestnuts
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- small jar chopped piminto
- 1/2 cup sherry
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 box Uncle Ben’s long grain wild rice

Cook rice and put in casserole dish
- 2
Mix all the rest. Pour over rice. Top with Pepperidge Farm Dressing mix. Bake 350 - 400 about 45 minutes or until bubbly.
