Lamb Marinade for Rack of Lamb

ingredients

  • 2 racks of lamb or
  • 6-8 pound leg of lamb
  • 1 taspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

directions

  • 1

    Whisk all ingredients until well mcombined

  • 2

    Rub on lamb,refrigerate for several hours

  • 3

    Makes enough to cover a 6-8 pound leg of lamb or 2 racks of lamb

  • 4

    Place on grill or rotisserie to cook

  • 5

    Serve medium rare
