Lamb Marinade for Rack of Lamb
ingredients
- 2 racks of lamb or
- 6-8 pound leg of lamb
- 1 taspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil

Whisk all ingredients until well mcombined

Rub on lamb,refrigerate for several hours

Makes enough to cover a 6-8 pound leg of lamb or 2 racks of lamb

Place on grill or rotisserie to cook

Serve medium rare
