Baked Chicken Salad
This is a wonderful salad great for a luncheon brunch or dinner. Combine this salad with hot rolls and honey butter and you have a mouth watering meal.
ingredients
- 2 cups cooked cubed chicken
- 1/2 cup chopped toasted almonds
- 2 tsp grated onion
- 1 cup mayonnaise (not miracle whip)
- 2 cups diced celery
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
directions

Combine the above ingredients, put in baking dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup grated american cheese and 1 cup crushed potato chips over top.

Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes
