Casey's Fish Tacos
ingredients
- 1 lb. white fish (halibut, cod, sea bass)
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup taco seasoning
- olive oil
- sour cream
- lime juice
- jalapenos
- cabbage
- tortillas (corn or flour)
- salsa

Clean fish and pat dry. Brush olive oil on both sides of fish. Sprinkle fish with bread crumbs and taco seasoning.

Grill fish on gas grill - approx. 4 minutes per side. (I put the fish in a fish cage made for the grill)

For sour cream: Mix 8 oz. of sour cream with lime juice and chopped jalapenos to taste.

Once cooked, shred fish and serve in warmed tortillas with cabbage, lime juice and sour cream dip.

Serve ranch style beans on the side.
