- 2/3 CUP RED WINE VINEGAR
- 1 TBSP DIJON MUSTARD
- 1 TSP FRESHLY MINCED GARLIC
- PINCH SUGAR
- SALT AND FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER TO TASTE
- 1 TSP MINCED FRESH HERBS (PARSLEY, TARRAGON, BASIL OR THYME)
