Hash Brown Casserole
Yet another awesome potato dish!
ingredients
- 1 (2 lb. package) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 2 1/2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1 (8oz) french onion soup mix
- 1 (8oz) container of sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
directions
Mix all ingredients together. Put in a casserole dish and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
