Red and Wet Chicken
Dad’s fave!
ingredients
- 1 Chicken, cut into eighths
- 1/4 Cup olive oil
- 1 Large onion, chopped
- 8 Ounce can tomato sauce
- 28 Ounce can whole tomatoes
- 1/2 Cup dry white wine
- 1 Tsp.salt
- 1/4 Tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 Tsp.crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1/4 Tsp. dried thyme
- 1/4 Tsp. dried marjoram
- 1 Tsp. dried oregano
- 2+ Garlic cloves, minced

1. Sauté chicken in oil until brown on all sides.

2. If excess oil, drain some off.

3. Add all other ingredients and cover.

4. Simmer for approximately 1 hour.

5. Serve over hot spaghetti (al dente).
