Cumberland Sacue
ingredients
- 1 Cup red currant jelly
- 1/2 Cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 Tsp. dried mustard
- 1/4 Tsp. powdered ginger
- Peel of one orange, grated
- Peel of one lemon, grated
- 1 Cup port wine
directions

1. Put all ingredients in small saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring, until jelly melts.

2. Pour over roasted chicken or Rock Cornish hen.
