ingredients

  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 packet(1.19 oz) slow sugar maple and brown sugar instent oatmeal
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3/4 cup unsweatened vanilla soymilk
  • 1/3 cup finally chooped dates
  • banana chooped(optional)
  • dates chooped(optional)

    In a microwave bowl,combine water and oatmeal packet.Cover and microwave on high setting(100% power)for 1 to 2 minutes; cool to room temperature.

    In a blender,combine cooled oatmeal, the 1 small banana, ice, soymilk, and the 1/3 cup dates.Cover and blend until smooth and frothy pour into 2 glasses. Serve with additional banana and dates(optional)
