Barbecue Green Beans

This is one of my family’s favorite recipes; fantastic with barbecue.
ingredients
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cans French style green beans, drained
directions
Brown bacon in skillet. When crisp, add onions and saute until onions are tender. Add ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce and simmer for two minutes. Place beans in a small casserole dish; pour bacon mixture over top of green beans, but do not stir. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, approximately twenty minutes.
