Leftover Meat Tacos
Use any kind of leftover meat to make tacos the next day. My dad loves tacos, and would eat them every day if my mom would make them for him.
ingredients
- Leftover meat-flank steak, chicken, pork, or tri-tip
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1-2 teaspoons cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
- Sauteed onions and bell peppers
- Flour or corn tortillas
- Guacamole (optional)
- Cheddar or Jack cheese, shredded

Cut meat into thin slices and saute in large skillet coated with vegetable oil over medium heat until meat is hot. Add cumin and chili powder and stir to combine.

Serve with sauteed onions and bell peppers, guacamole, shredded cheese, and warm tortillas.
