Oven roasted potatoes
ingredients
- 2 pounds size B red potatoes
- garlic olive oil
- Lawry’s seasoned salt
- crushed red pepper to taste

Wash and cut potatoes in half or thirds if large so all pieces are about equal in size.

Place in large baggie and drizzle in oil and shake to liberally coat potato. Lay pieces of potatoes in single layer on a sheet pan. Roast for 35-40 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve hot or cold with aioli dip. If you prefer, you may leave out the crushed red peppers.
