Spaghetti with Fresh Tomato & Basil
This is easy & good!
ingredients
- 8-10 Roma tomatoes, cut into small pieces
- olive oil
- garlic
- fresh basil
- 1 cup feta cheese
- kosher salt
- pepper
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti

In a large pasta pan cook pasta according to package directions.

Put cut tomatoes into a medium sized microwavable bowl.

Coat the tomatoes with olive oil.

Add garlic, salt and pepper to taste.

Microwave the tomato mixture on high for about 10 minutes.

When tomatoes are hot and bubbling, remove from microwave and add the feta cheese and fresh snipped basil to taste.

Toss the tomato mixture over the pasta and serve.
