Uncle Johnny's Cheesecake

ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 stick butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Filling:
- 2 pkg reduced fat cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp lemon juice/zest (bump up to 1 Tbsp each for more lemony flavor)
- Topping:
- 1 cup sour cream (reduced fat)
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
directions
Bake at 300 for 1 hour. Open oven door at 30 minutes and put on topping. Bake additional 30 minutes.
