Penne from Heaven

ingredients
- 8 oz cooked mini penne pasta
- 1 lb sweet Italian sausage
- 8-12 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cans petite diced tomatoes, drained (keep juice)
- 6 oz feta cheese
- 1-2 Tbsp minced fresh basil
directions

Brown sausage, drain grease. Set aside on paper towels.

Saute mushrooms in 2 Tbsp olive oil for 5 mins.

Add tomatoes, pasta and sausage. Heat through.

Remove from heat, add cheese and basil. Mix well.

Add remaining juice from tomatoes.
