Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies
ingredients
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup Butter, Softened
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 3 T Milk
- 1 t Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/4 Cup Flour
- 3/4 t Baking Powder
- 1/4 t Salt
- 3 T Sugar

Preheat Oven to 375°.

In a large bowl, cream together the Peanut Butter, Butter, Sugar, and Brown Sugar until well blended. Beat in the Egg, Milk, and Vanilla one at a time. Combine the Flour, Baking Powder and Salt; stir into the creamed mixture. Chill dough if necessary. Using a tablespoon size cookie scoop, scoop out dough and roll into balls. Roll in the remaining 3 T Sugar. Place cookies 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Press each ball once with fork tines dipped in sugar.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are very lightly browned. Let cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheets before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
