Grilled Garlic Bread

ingredients

  • 2/3 C. Butter
  • 3 Tbsp. snipped fresh Italian Seasoning
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/8 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Flat leaf Parsley
  • 1 16oz. Loaf Italian Bread

directions

  • 1

    • In a small bowl stir together butter, parsley, garlic, salt, cayenne and black pepper.

  • 2

    • Cut bread into 3/4 inch slices

  • 3

    • Spread a thin layer of the butter mixture on both sides of each slice of bread. Place slices on rack of uncovered grill directly over medium coals.

  • 4

    • Grill 3-4 minutes or until toasted. Turning once halfway through grilling.
