Alouette Dijon Chicken
ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 6.5 oz. package Alouette Garlic and Herbs Spreadable Cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
directions
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in large skillet; add chicken and brown 10 minutes per side on medium heat. Prepare onions, garlic and mushrooms and add to pan while chicken is browning. In a small bowl, mix cheese with broth and wine and whisk till smooth. Add Dijon mustard and mix well. Pour over chicken in pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
