Chocolate Layer Dessert
ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. flour
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- 1 large pkg instant chocolate pudding
- 2 1/4 c. milk

Melt butter. Mix with flour and 1/4 c. chopped pecans. Pat into 9 x 13" pyrex pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool before adding next layer.

Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add 1 c. Cool Whip. Spread over first layer. Beat chocolate pudding and milk until thick. Add as next layer.

Add the rest of the Cool Whip and sprinkle with pecans.
