Sausage Wontons
ingredients
- 1 pkg. wonton wrappers
- 1 lb. sausage, cooked & crumbled
- 1 c ranch dressing
- 1/2 c red pepper, chopped
- 1 small can black olives, diced
- 1 1/2 c sharp cheddar, shredded
- 1 1/2 c monteray jack, shredded
directions
Spray mini muffin tins with Pam. Place a wonton in each cup, flaring out sides to make a star shape. Bake at 350° for 4-5 mins. Mix all ingredients for the filling together. Take the wontons out of the muffin tins and fill. Bake another 5 minutes on a cookie sheet.
notes
Bring the wontons and filling to room temperature, so the wontons won't brown too much.
