Sausage Wontons

ingredients

  • 1 pkg. wonton wrappers
  • 1 lb. sausage, cooked & crumbled
  • 1 c ranch dressing
  • 1/2 c red pepper, chopped
  • 1 small can black olives, diced
  • 1 1/2 c sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 1 1/2 c monteray jack, shredded

directions

Spray mini muffin tins with Pam. Place a wonton in each cup, flaring out sides to make a star shape. Bake at 350° for 4-5 mins. Mix all ingredients for the filling together. Take the wontons out of the muffin tins and fill. Bake another 5 minutes on a cookie sheet.

notes

Bring the wontons and filling to room temperature, so the wontons won't brown too much.
