Faye’s famous veggie pizza - great favorite for a potluck

ingredients

  • 2 large packages of crescent rolls
  • 2/3 cup mayo
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 small broccoli
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 bunch green onion
  • 2 -3 carrots

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    1. Lay crescent rolls dough flat on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.

    2. Mix together in small bowl - mayo, cream cheese, dill weed, onion salt

    3. Spread mixture over cooked dough

    4. Chop into tiny pieces, broccoli, radishes, cauliflower, parsley, green onion, and carrots.

    5. Sprinkle vegetables over top.

    6. Cover with plastic and refrigerate

    7. Remove plastic an cut into small squares when ready to serve

This is quick and easy to make. Especially when you realize at the last minute you need something for a potluck.
