Zuccini Bread by Mary Conley

ingredients
- l c brn sugar
- l c white sugar
- l c vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- l tsp vanilla
- 2 c grated, raw, zucchini (I never peeled)
- 3 c flour
- l tsp baking soda
- l tsp salt
- l/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp mapeline...I use Maple flavor, like vanilla, lemon, etc.
- l c chopped nuts...I didn’t use nuts cause you guys didn’t LIKE nuts....but I added for company

Mix all in mixmaster and bake @ 300 for 25min. That doesn’t sound rite, I make this in 3 small loaf pans and a coffee tin. It takes longer than 25 min to bake. I never had any luck with regular bread loaf pans and always bake in those small loaf pans, this is delicious.
