Soft Caramel DipJulie
Tastes like a yummy caramel apple when served with cut up apples. I’ve found that Kraft caramels work best in this recipe.
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sour cream
- 50 Kraft caramels, unwrapped
Cream cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth. Melt caramels in a dish in the microwave. Add creamed mixture to caramel and fold together until blended.
