Hash Brown Casserole

ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
- 1 can cream of potato or chicken soup
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- salt and pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped (optional)
directions

Combine ingredients and layer in greased 9x13 pan.

For topping, combine 2 cups Corn Flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter and spread on top of potato mixture.

Bake at 350° for 30 mins, until heated through.
