Green Enchiladas
Garrett made these easy enchiladas,and we were hooked.
ingredients
- 3-4 chicken breast
- 1 can diced green chiles
- 1 can (28 ounces) green enchilada sauce
- 1-half carton half & half
- Monterey Jack cheese
- Pepper Jack cheese
- Sour cream
- Flour Tortillas

Boil chicken breast, after its cooked shred chicken. You could also use a rotisserie chicken and shred.

Add to chicken, green chiles, cheese, and enchilada sauce just enough to make chicken sticky.

Roll chicken in tortillas and put in 9x13 pan. Top tortillas with the rest of the enchilada sauce, half & half. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake 375* 30-40 minutes
