Diablo Cake

This was the special cake my Grandma made for birthdays, topped with fluffy white frosting.
ingredients
- 2 cups cake flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Sift dry ingredients 4 times

Add mayonnaise that has been mixed with the 1 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.

Bake loaf cakes 40-50 minutes, layer cakes 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
