Do-Ahead Cranberry RelishEthan Struble
- 2 cups fresh cranberries, rinsed
- 1 small onion
- 3/4 c sour cream
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 T horseradish
Grind cranberries and onion in a meat grinder or food processor. Stir in the
remaining ingredients. Freeze om an ice cube tray or plastic container. When ready to use, defrost, whip with a whisk and serve as a condiment.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
