Mini Chicken Pot Pies
Great comfort food for those snowy cold days and you miss talking to me.
ingredients
- 1 can of Pillsbury crescent rolls or biscuits.
- 1 bag frozen vegetable mix (corn, carrots, peas)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans chicken (no its not tuna Jessica)
- 2 cups of shredded mixed cheese (Colby/mozzarella)

Preheat oven to directions on can.

Grease a large muffin tin that will hold 4-6 large muffins. (Although we are not making muffins).

Open can of dough and place on cookie sheet.

Form pieces of dough into muffing pan,forming little pies, leaving dough to cover tops. You may have to place piece of dough together, just play with it.

In a mixing bowl, add chicken, veggies, cheese and soup. Mix well.

Add this mixture to the dough in the muffin cups 3/4 to the top.

Use the remainder of the dough to place on top of each muffin and seal edges together.

Place in oven and bake 10 minutes longer than recommended on the can.

Serve with Bush's baked beans or mashed potatoes. Who needs Betty?
