Egg & Ham Soufflé
From the Kitchen of: Nan Principe Crockett
ingredients
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 6 eggs, beaten slightly
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp oregano (optional)
- 1 lb chopped ham or sausage
directions
Mix all, pour into greased 1 qt dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
notes
I have served this for Christmas brunch ever since Nan gave me the recipe. Mix it the night before, refrigerate, then bake in the oven while you open the presents.
