Mystery Cake
ingredients
- Crust:
- 1/2 cup soft butter
- 1 cup flour
- Filling:
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- Icing:
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Crust

Combine butter and flour into a bowl and beat until smooth. Pour into your pan and press down evenly. Bake at 350° for 15 - 20 minutes.

Filling:

Mix all ingredients and pour over the baked crust and return to oven and bake for 15 - 20 minutes. Once cooked remove and place on a baking rack to cool completely.

Icing:

Beat together until light and fluffy.

Make sure that your cake is completely cooled before you put the icing on it.
